Oxygen Resourcing was founded by Clare Lewis and Marcia Mardner who have more than 40 years of combined agency and HR experience within resourcing, talent acquisition and management. We fully understand the challenges faced by the employer and prospective employee when looking for the right person or role.
We predominantly operate within professional services, specialising in legal, accountancy and banking. We place candidates from their early careers through to partner level across Fee Earning, Business Services and EA/Secretarial.
